Terms and Conditions for Instructor Registration on Course Vox Digital Platform

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the registration and use of the Course Vox digital platform (“Platform”) by instructors (“Instructors”) for hosting courses (“Courses”). By registering as an Instructor and uploading Courses on the Platform, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Instructor Registration and Course Hosting

1.1. Instructors must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

1.2. Instructors are responsible for the content and quality of the Courses they upload to the Platform.

1.3. Course Vox reserves the right to review and approve all Courses before they are made available on the Platform.

2. Pricing and Discounts

2.1. Course Vox reserves the right to determine the pricing of Courses, including the ability to offer discounts and coupons.

2.2. Discounts and coupon offers may be applied based on market conditions, financial situations, and the perceived value and content of the Course to increase its selling rate.

3. Instructor Share

3.1. Instructors are entitled to a share of the revenue generated from the sale of their Courses. For the first batch of instructors, Course Vox is offering a special rate of 50% revenue share. This offer is applicable only to the initial group of instructors who join the platform during the specified promotional period.

3.2. Following the initial promotional period, the revenue share rate may be subject to adjustment, but any changes will be communicated to instructors in advance.

4. Promotions and Free Courses

4.1. Course Vox may, at its discretion, offer Courses for free through the use of discount coupons for a limited number of seats. This is intended to increase the visibility and traffic for the Course.

5. Compliance with Egyptian Government Law

5.1. All interactions and transactions on the Course Vox Platform are subject to Egyptian government laws and regulations.

6. Termination of Agreement

6.1. Course Vox reserves the right to terminate this agreement and remove Courses from the Platform in cases of violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason deemed necessary by Course Vox.

7. Modifications to Terms

7.1. Course Vox may modify these Terms at any time. Instructors will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Please read these Terms carefully and ensure that you understand and agree to them before registering as an Instructor on the Course Vox digital platform. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not proceed with the registration process.
